50% of profit: From every tour and safari, straight to social welfare projects focused on education.
Fair pay: Our guides, drivers and cooks are employed and paid properly. We will tell you what they earn if you ask.
Local partners: We work with locally founded Tanzanian NGOs, not foreign intermediaries.
